Childhood
He spent a great deal of his time outside playing basketball and football with his schoolmates. Learning the importance of success through teamwork, he continued playing basketball competitively through his teen and college years. He attributes his work ethic and attitude to his mother; who he says showed him that regardless of the situation that someone may come from, they can overcome their hardships with hard work and a positive outlook. He started working at a restaurant as a teenager and has since been using his strong work ethic and amazing attitude to start his career with SilverFern.
What do people not know about Javier?
His son is his pride and joy. He and his son love to watch the Chicago Bulls.
What character traits does he admire in people?
Mental strength. "In life, there will always be some curveball thrown your way. It's just how you take what is thrown at you and still push through to achieve your goal that really counts. Otherwise, you're just never going to where you want to be."

Favorite part about this business
He loves watching success happen. "I watch people get promoted and it's a great feeling to see them get recognized for the work they do. It's a good reminder that advancement doesn't just happen to any person, but that it happens to the people that earn it."
